Digital Cultural Heritage has been renewed
Digital Cultural Heritage (DCH) has been renewed with new design.
In addition, we have standardised the terms of use for images on the DCH to a CCBY-like licence to make reuse easier.

- Open
- Weekdays: 10:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00
- Closed
- Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays, Dec. 28 to Jan. 4
UTokyo Members, Former III/GSII Members
- All the library services are available as usual. No reservation required.
- Opening hours has been changed as noted above, for now.
Non-UTokyo Members
- Reservation is required. Please apply via the reservation form.
- You can make reservation from two weeks before the day you wish to visit. Application deadline is 12 p.m. at least one business day before the day.
Please specify materials . You may stay in the Library to browse materials up to 3 hours during opening hours.
Temporary suspension of Digital Cultural Heritage due to renewal [Mar. 15 & 19, 2024]
Digital Cultural Heritage（DCH） will be unavailable due to renewal on March 15 and 19, 2024.

- Following the decision to reduce the UTokyo Activity Restriction Index Level for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 from "A" to "S" on May 8, 2023, the Library will resume services for former III/GSII members and non-UTokyo members
by reservation on or after June 1, 2023. - You can make reservation from two weeks before the day you wish to visit. Application deadline is
12 p.m. at least one business day before the day . Please apply viathe reservation form . As for non-UTokyo members, please specify materials . You may stay in the Library to browse materials up to 3 hours during opening hours.
